Heute melde ich mich mal wieder zu Wort mit einer sommerlichen Erdbeertorte. Für diese Torte bleibt der Ofen mal ausnahmsweise komplett aus. Habe ich die Kekse, die ich zu Hause noch so rumliegen hatte einfach mit ca. zwei Esslöffeln geschmolzener Butter vermengt.
